The length of abstract must be less than 200 words in English.
Your abstract must include title, authors, affiliation, email, and acknowledgement.
At least 1 author must make an advanced registration. Registered author does not have to be first/corresponding author.
Presentation Type
There will be 2 types of presentation: Oral Presentation // Poster Presentation
Please check the prefered presentation type when you submit the abstract
If there is no special reason, ICAES Secretaries will assign to the presentation you prefer
Oral Presentation
Each presenter will be given 15 mins, including Q&A session)
Please bring your presentation file(PPT format) in an external memory (usb),
and transfer it onto the lap-top computer at the session room at least 10 mins before session starting.
You can get help from assistants of ICAES nearby.
Poster Presentation
Size of Poster : Max A0 (841X1189mm)
There is no limitation about poster material, but it is recommended the poster to be printed
on textile material.
Poster presentation session time will be 1 hour (Time is not decided)
Poster presenter has to be present infront of his/her own poster throughout the poster
session with a name tag.
Each presenter will be provided 1(one) poster board with presenter`s title and number.
Full Paper Submission(Optional)
With only submitting abstract, you can present your research material at the ICAES 2019
If you want to submit full paper, then you can submit. But it is optional, not
mandatory.
Selected full papers will be published in "Journal of Appropriate Technology" after peer
review.
