과학기술 ODA 국제컨퍼런스제 9회 적정기술 국제컨퍼런스 2018

안녕하십니까?

는 11월 23일(금)과 24일(토) 이틀간 한양대학교에서 과학기술ODA국제컨퍼런스(제 9회 적정기술 국제 컨퍼런스 2018)를 개최합니다. 과학기술정보통신부(MSIT)가 주최하고, 한국연구재단(NRF) 지구촌기술나눔센터,적정기술학회(ASAT) 외 14개 기관이 주관하는 이 과학기술ODA 국제컨퍼런스에 여러분을 초대합니다.

2018년 컨퍼런스는 ‘포용과 나눔의 과학기술’이라는 주제로 개최됩니다. 개발도상국의 경제발전ㆍ사회발전ㆍ복지증진 등을 주목적으로 균형성장과 공정한 삶의을 실현을 지원하기 위한 국내 ODA 사업의 규모가 계속 증대되고 있으며, 전 지구적 현안들로 전세계 과학기술 ODA의 규모도 점점 커질 전망입니다. 이와 더불어 지금은 2030년까지 이행될 SDGs 내에서 변화될 국제개발협력과 과학기술의 역할에 대한 이해가 필요한 시점입니다. 따라서 이번 콘퍼런스는 지속가능한 과학기술ODA를 구현할 수 있는 기술로 인정받고 있는 적정기술에 대한 새로운 비전과 방향을 탐구하고 적용하는 주체들 간의 지식 교류와 국제적이고 다학제적인 학술 교류의 장으로 준비되고 있습니다.

금년에는 총 2일의 일정으로 진행되며, 국내 사회혁신과 글로벌 도전과제들의 해결을 위하여 과학기술ODA와 환경, 보건ㆍ의료, 교육, 학생(중고생 및 대학생) 등 세션이 기획되고 있습니다.

여러분들을 지속가능한 인류의 발전을 위한 기술 혁신과 글로벌 이슈 해결을 고민하는 이 자리에 초대하고자 합니다. 많은 참여를 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

Greetings!

International Conference on Science and Technology ODA (the 9th International Conference on Appropriate Technology) will be held at Hanyang university in Seoul, Korea from November 23th (Friday) to 24th (Saturday). We invite you to the conference hosted by Ministry of Science and Technology Information and Communication (MSIT), Korea and sponsored by 14 organizations such as Korea Research Foundation (NRF), Global Technology Sharing Center, and Academic Society for Appropriate Technology (ASAT).

The subject of 2018 conference is‘Technologies for Engagement and Sharing.' The budget of ODA not only in Korea but also in advanced countries is increasing in order to implement the balanced growth and fair living in the developing countries through economic development, social development and welfare promotion. Now it is necessary to understand the changing international development cooperation and the role of science and technology within the SDGs to be fulfilled by 2030. Therefore, this conference is prepared as a forum for multidisciplinary academic information exchange and global knowledge sharing between scholars, researchers, and engineers who explore and apply new visions and directions of appropriate technologies, as tools for sustainable ODA development.

This conference offers various sessions during two days such as science and technology ODA, energy and water, environment, healthcare, education, agriculture, etc. including student session (high school students and college students) in order to discuss domestic social innovation and global challenges.

Therefore, we would like to cordially invite you to join in 2018 Conference to share your view and vision, knowledge, and technology in the field of appropriate technologies for sustainable human development, especially in the developing countries.
