Abstract Submission
  • To submit your abstract, please send it to ICES.tanzania@gmail.com.
  • The length of abstract must be less than 200 words in English.
  • Your abstract must include title, authors, affiliation, email, and acknowledgement.
  • At least 1 author must make an advanced registration. Registered author does not have to be first/corresponding author.
  • Download the sample file and send it to the e-mail address above after filling it out.
Presentation Type
  • There will be 2 types of presentation: Oral Presentation // Poster Presentation
  • Please check the prefered presentation type when you submit the abstract
  • If there is no special reason, ICES Secretaries will assign to the presentation you prefer
Poster Presentation
  • Size of Poster : Max A0 (841X1189mm)
  • There is no limitation about poster material, but it is recommended the poster to be printed on textile material.
  • Poster presentation session time will be 1 hour (Time is not decided)
  • Poster presenter has to be present infront of his/her own poster throughout the poster session with a name tag.
  • Each presenter will be provided 1(one) poster board with presenter`s title and number.
Full Paper Submission(Optional)
  • With only submitting abstract, you can present your research material at the ICES 2018
  • If you want to submit full paper, then you can submit. But it is optional, not mandatory.
  • Selected full papers will be published in "Journal of Appropriate Technology" after peer review.
